Traditional Chinese martial arts have been developed over the centuries to help improve the quality of an individual’s everyday life and are not restricted to just the training floor and physical self-defense. In our modern first world societies many individual’s struggle with an over active mind that they can’t silence and experience constant elevated levels of anxiety. Inherent in good traditional Chinese martial arts is the principle of Yin and Yang which relates to the good and proper balance of all things in life, the practice of meditation and the cultivation of an energetic positive and vital inner spirit to enhance the growth of good relationships in life (family , friends and work)
