Gow Gee Lin Waan Kuen (Nine Continuous fists) is a set from the Ho Lap Tin lineage and incorporates vintage village Hung Kuen Techniques. The many large double arm / hand techniques found in this form provide excellent aerobic exercise and development of the core muscles in the practitioner. This form is most excellent for the development of Yin Yang (Hard Soft) transitions in technique.
